I had noticed that I was able to see a darkening of the oil through the view glass.
I have put low miles on the bike since the 600 mile oil change. It has been 5 months and only 1000 miles. It is hot here though.
Anyway. I had the oil changed and it really came out black. Having read peoples comments here about change the oil every three months whether it needs it or not, I'm glad I took the time to change it. It looked nasty (compared to what I am used to seeing come out of my car). I'm going to get on a regular 3 month schedule, for sure.
Any comment about changing the filter every other change, given low miles usage????
